Today's XKCD might have been written for me.

But lo, how conveniently it omits to mention that 1) flying around is not that exhilarating if the whole landscape underneath is made of rot, and 2) you are only free to fly around up until the point you have to land for food.

Yeah, so I'm kinda bitter and burnt out from my trade, does it show? ;)

In related news, mostly thanks to kefen, I found the creative vibe to code a little this week, and it felt good, so I should probably not complain. :)

If today's was written for you, yesterday's was written for me.

Let it be said that I still intend to finish that scene someday. If that's all we can give each other, then goddamnit, let's make it rock. :|

Yay for coding!

I will help you more, I promise. A bad combination of being sick and very busy at work otherwise hasn't helped so far but it'll get better eventually!

(And I'll have that bloody logger done or die trying!)

Hey, you're already well underway, and besides, you've already helped more than you seem to realize. Often, I sit at my keyboard in front of my code, and ask myself, "So, what do I implement now?", and... I just draw a blank. So I just go reload one of my old tired daily websites instead. And by having ideas and feature requests, by telling me and asking me stuff, you help loads against that. <3

Heh, yeah, I love the episode too!

And the recent BSD one? I had a blast there — I had just installed PC-BSD when it was posted on XKCD, if I recall correctly, and, of course, the OS didn’t bloody work (I blame the premature drivers in the FreeBSD 6.3 core :P).

Cet argumentaire pertinent m'a complètement convaincu.

Speak for yourself!

File "C:/Documents and Settings/Lereah/Bureau/Calc", line 19, in
Op2=Op[int(j),int(l)]
TypeError: string indices must be integers

What madhouse is this!

Op2=Op[j:l]
